2011-03-00-Denuncia against Clara Ordiz Orviz
Denuncia handed in to the Guardia Civil at the beginning of March 2011
Clara Ordiz Orviz, c/ Ramon Gallud, 183 Esq. C/ Fuensanta, Torrevieja 03180.
Clara Ordiz Orviz, Mi Sol Park, Villa with entrance from Torretta and Mi Sol.
As owner of the listed properties on Mi Sol Park we wish to denounce her.
Tenants living in 649 the flats x 6 pisos and house number 610 A and B plus caravans with underbuild on Mi Sol
Refuses to register her tenants with the office in order to comply with national rules.
Her tenants
Causing a disturbance in early hours of the morning with shouting and music and revving of cars. This can be at any time of the night.
Destruction of community property such as the fencing in the basket ball area which is in need of replacing. Playing football and allowing the ball to hit peoples property and generally causing a nuisance.
Dumping rubbish such as household waste on the urbanization. Tipping waste liquid into the children’s park.
Intimidation – people driving on the road in front of the flats and caravans; they refuse to move off the road so that the cars can pass by.
Scrap metal – They are living by means of collecting scrap metal and sorting it out in the roads by the flats. The urbanization looks like a ghetto in this area.
We know that they are causing damage and robbing our houses but we can’t prove it.

2011-04-05 Response to letter from Mrs. Olive

To Pat Olive Mi-Sol Park:
Letter received dated 05/04/2011
Dear Pat,
The committee received, and was read, your letter dated 5th of April 2011.
Firstly, Thank-you for your offer to facilitate a complete breakdown of the expenses for 2010.
The committee would like to accept your offer, as stated in the letter, and has granted access the documentation requested,
(i) cheque books [starting date 01/01/2010],
(ii) all the invoices from the same date until the end of the year.
I take on board the timeframe presented and if you would like to start next Tuesday please let me know, and we can continue as before in the office.
As we can split the expenses into 3 categories (Transfer, Cheque and Petty Cash) would it not be easier to work through the categories one per one.
Do you have a specific choice where to start, or shall we "pic and mix it"?
Please let me know before Tuesday.
Secondly, with regards to the "Technician" I will put the details we have on the blog on Tuesday.
