2011-04-05 Response to letter from Mrs. Olive

To Pat Olive Mi-Sol Park:

Letter received dated 05/04/2011

Dear Pat,

The committee received, and was read, your letter dated 5th of April 2011.

Firstly, Thank-you for your offer to facilitate a complete breakdown of the expenses for 2010.

The committee would like to accept your offer, as stated in the letter, and has granted access the documentation requested,

(i) cheque books [starting date 01/01/2010],
(ii) all the invoices from the same date until the end of the year.

I take on board the timeframe presented and if you would like to start next Tuesday please let me know, and we can continue as before in the office.

As we can split the expenses into 3 categories (Transfer, Cheque and Petty Cash) would it not be easier to work through the categories one per one.

Do you have a specific choice where to start, or shall we "pic and mix it"?

Please let me know before Tuesday.

Secondly, with regards to the "Technician" I will put the details we have on the blog on Tuesday.
