To the Committee of Mi-Sol Park:

I would like to offer my services, completely free of charge, to the administration of Mi-Sol Park.

I am willing to facilitate a complete breakdown of the expenses incurred during 2010 in preparation for the 2011 AGM, thus avoiding a challenge of the accounts by residents.

As I am only here until the middle of May, I would need an answer to my offer almost immediately.

If you accept my offer, (thereby saving Mi-Sol Park the  Asesores fee.) I would need access to the cheque book, starting date 01/01/2010 and all invoices from the same date until the end of the year.

Once the breakdown has been completed, obviously our administrator would have time to overhaul this first reconciliation and make changes agreed to by the committee.

On a completely different point, I would like to request that the name of the 'Technician" helping with the Mi-Sol database is published on the Mi-SolPress Blog.
